SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Chesney's Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

Unwashed, unworn, unused merchandise (with tags attached) can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Send a copy of your receipt to info@chesneysboutique.com to start your return. A flat shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your return amount.

Secure your item(s) in the original packaging with the original packing slip enclosed. Affix the prepaid label and take it to your local UPS store for return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to be processed and applied to your credit/debit card.

Sales items and Seasonal items are FINAL
